the home tab. It will let you choose from all different kinds of bullets and various styles of outline numbering. You tab to demote an item and shift tab to bring an item out again. Using the headings method is great if you're going to insert text later, but it isn't really necessary if you just need a basic outline. Also, your fonts will be all different styles and sizes if you use headings to do this. -----Original Message-----
