While composing your message, you can type Alt+h a f, then select the file to attach.

First copy the address.  Them put a copy on the clipboard by using the keystroke Ctrl+C.  Then go to the e-mail message you want to attach it to.  In the body of the message where you want to paste it, use the keystroke Control+V.Use the keystroke
