Hi all,

I’m assisting a friend using Blackboard through UMass Boston. We’ve run into a problem finding a few things. First off, we can’t find the Course management section, the tools menu or the Collaborate function. Secondly, we’re having trouble loading an assignment, her first.  We’re both using Jaws202, windows 10 and FireFox. We’ve tried to look at these issues using both tandem and simply turning up her speakers on the phone, both to no avail. Any tips  would be greatly appreciated, we’re both pretty stumped.
