You can also open the document and do alt f  h e a and that will attach me.

 

Then you cam type in your to in the outlook field.

It is best that you have outlook open before you do that.

First copy the address.  Them put a copy on the clipboard by using the keystroke Ctrl+C.  Then go to the e-mail message you want to attach it to.  In the body of the message where you want to paste it, use the keystroke Control+V.Use the keystroke
