moderated Zoom Issue

Hello Group,

 

I’ve used Zoom more or less successfully over the past few weeks. However, some minutes ago, I plugged in my headphones for a zoom meeting and after hearing the pinging sound that the headphones were connected, I could not hear Jaws: that is, there was no audio. What can I do to correct this.
