I find that more often than having something already in the password text box, there is a user name that is already there. And oddly, there are certain sites where Jaws does not read that when you first land on the text box for the user name, so that you enter it twice. I, personally have never found the password field with any prior info.

I never save my password on the site. If I have to enter it a second time or more, I always press ‘end’ and then back space just in case anything is in the field.

Are you making sure the password edit field is empty before you type in your PW?

If it was saved once and it's there, you might be just adding to it.

Hello, I have been attempting to log onto my banks web site. Since the most recent of Jaws2020 it is impossible. I enter my user id and password and the screen comes back asking me to enter my user id and password. This happens on Google Chrome, Fire Fox and Internet Explorer. I even talked with support at the bank and sometimes they could see an attempted was made and other times they couldn’t. The bank said this is not happening with anyone else. Is it a Jaws problem? Could it be my service providers problem? Or is it just something else? Thanks, Kevin
