Dear Friend,

He sees two profiles listed - Eloquence & SAPI 4. When he tabs to the voices list after selecting Eloquence, he does not find any of the Eloquence voices there. He finds only the Microsoft voices listed. The same thing happens when he selects the SAPI profile.

What does your friend see listed when he/she brings up "select a voice profile"?
