are used to be a member of the Cisco accessibility team last year.  if you have issues I would suggest you send a email to accessibility at cisco.com and they can help you with your problems.  remember F6 Takes you between the different panels. One panel allows you to start videoing share mute etc. The other panel is showing you the participants chat and other type of information.  If you can be more Pacific on your problems let us know and I will try and help.
