Hi Bob,

This is what I do in Outlook 2010. Now this tells you how to create a rule
that will move a email to a folder and play a different sound for each email
account. But I'm sure you can make it work for what you want.

To create a rule that will move a email to a folder and play a notification
sound do the following.
Launch Outlook.
Make sure the folder that you want to move emails to is created.
Go to your inbox and put the focus on a email that you want to create the
rule for.
Go to the home tab and arrow down to move and then right arrow to the sub
menu option rules button drop down.
Press enter.
You will hear always move emails from, who ever the email was from.
Tab down to create rule and press space bar.
You will next hear move email that meet the following criteria check box not
checked.
Don't check anything just tab down to do the following play a sound and
check this by pressing the space bar.
Outlook may or may not open the dialog box to select what wav file you want
to play for new email notification.
If Outlook does not open the dialog box Tab once to the do what play button
and press the space bar to hear if it is the sound you want.
If it's not tab down twice and press the space bar on the browse button.
In the open dialog box that opens select the wav file that you want to play
and press enter for OK.
Tab down to do what move to folder and press space bar to check this.
Outlook may or may not open the dialog panel where you can arrow up and down
to select the folder you want to move the emails to.
Press enter for OK after you select the correct folder.
If Outlook does not open the dialog box Tab down to the brows button and
press space bar.
In the dialog box that opens arrow up and down until you hear the folder you
want the email to go to and then press space bar for OK.
Tab down to advanced and press space bar.
This will open the rules wizard.
In the first step that you hear if anything is heard to be checked like "On
this computer only" press space bar to uncheck this.
Down arrow to you hear from what ever your emails are coming from important
to remember to press the space bar and check this.
Tab down to the next button and press the space bar.
On the next panel you will hear what do you want to do.
In step one press the down arrow until you hear move to folder.
Tab down once and then arrow down until you hear the folder you selected
earlier.
Tab down to next and press space bar.
Ignore the exceptions panel that you hear next and tab down to next and
press space bar.
On the next panel enter a name for this rule.
Tab down to finish and press space bar

Subject: E-mail announcements

I have two different E-mail accounts, and would like to have a different
sound announcing a new message for each. If this is possible,, I'd like to
know how. Thanks!
