Remove the profile folder under appdata then fire up firefox and if that doesn’t work nothing will

I think I would uninstall Firefox and reinstall it.

Its Jaws scripts which enhance Jaws with a lot of neat features, but you

have to buy it.  I didn't realize you had old version of ff and Jaws.
