Hi Anna, I haven’t read all the messages in this thread, but have you tried Ctrl+Alt+z to turn on screen reader support? Otherwise here is some information for you

It won’t just read the text that is in my document. This is beyond frustrating as MS Word that I am used to, is refusing to open so really been trying to use google just for now at least to turn things in that are due immediately. But I just can’t get it to work. And emailing and responding back and forth, while helpful just isn’t working, I am just more frustrated than ever. If anyone is able to call and walk me through, I would sooo appreciate it! I just don’t know what to do and I really need to edit and send in these documents...
