I need to get the laptop to remote into the desktop at work. Both on different internet connections so I can access the programs that run on my work desktop from home.

for the regular Tandem, it is insert+alt+tab key which:
Toggles between the JAWS Tandem Controller window and the controller’s
local computer.
Available only on the controler system, this keystroke suspends or
resumes a JAWS Tandem session in order to toggle between the target
system’s desktop and the controller system’s desktop.

Once you have taken control of a computer, it is just like being on the
other computer.
There is a keyboard shortcut to toggle back and forth with Jaws Tandem as
well, but I don't recall what it is.

I’ll take the laptop tomorrow and look at that setting. Are commands to use
the remote copy of jaws the normal commands?

Tandem Direct submenu
And down arrow there.
I have done tandem regular to help folks quite a few times before, but I
have not tried Tandem direct.
I noticed that get access to a computer is not available on mine for some
reason.
But at any rate, I think you will need to initiate the connection from work
first.

Hello Glenn, and thanks for the reminder. Both copies are the same year.
Version number I mean. But I would want to copy at my work profile
settings.
I didn’t think of that.
That part I think I know how to do. Import new settings for my back up. How
do I use remote control? Do you know?

the file to your work, or bring it on a thumb drive and import it into the
other Jaws.
Unless the Jaws at work is older than the Jaws you are currently using.
