hit windows key and the letter-x at same time. arrow down through all until you hear device manager and hit enter if this allows you in, arrow down until you her the program giving you the problem. Once highlighted, tab down to close program and hit enter. If more, shift tab back to the list and arrow down to next program and then tab to close program and hit enter... repeat as necessary/needed. The next thing I would advise is if you can do an operating system repair... Rick
