moderated Re: drag and drop with jaws
In Windows 10 I can easily and efficiently move any item on the taskbar to any position I want using the Jaws drag and drop function.
I go to the icon I want to move and press Jaws Key + Control + NumPad Slash
Then I arrow to where I want to drop the item and repeat the keystroke and the item is moved.
If I arrow right then the item I am on when I drop the first item is pushed to the left and if I drag an item to the left then the item I drop it on is pushed to the right.

Well, you can only move things on the task bar with drag and drop so how dose one move pined items on this bar if you can not use drag and drop
He is taking a computer class where part of the curriculum apparently involves learning drag and drop. I agree copy or cut and paste is the way to go. I shared this with A person with DSS. The point being can he take a loose file and put it in a folder as an example? A person with vision has several ways to try to accomplish this, but a screen reader less ways, but still effective. My concern is the cut and paste way will be counted incorrect since. He didn’t drag and drop.
Thanks again for your help and thoughtful response.
