The one thing I have learned over the years is, some like to do things the hard way and some just don’t want to let go of past ways of doing things. They insist on using their vision when using a screen reader is much more efficient.

I still wonder why a blind person would want to use such a visual way to move files from one folder to another when cut and paste works perfectly well and allows you to do 1 file or many all at once.
If drag and drop is the only way to accomplish something as in the example I gave about rearranging the order of icons on the taskbar then it’s OK to use it and it works very well for that, but if there is a keyboard shortcut which is easy and fast then why not use it.
I hate the way MS keeps messing up keyboard commands! I cant get to the app bar with the old method and cant seem to find a way to do it. but if you can get focus on the app bar then right click you can arrange windows in several ways. This makes all windows visible so drag and drop should work but as this is win 10 who knows.
