Hi John and others,
For a picture on a website, you can right click or use the application key while focused on the image. Copy it to clipboard.
Then insert spacebar, P and B should describe the picture on the clipboard.

For a picture file sent as an attachment, the file needs to be saved and brought up in File Explorer.
Then select the file JAWS key plus space bar, then p, then f.
As for a picture embedded in an Email or on a web site, I could not find anything on how to make it work.
