With a Focus braille display, it’s dots 1-7-8 chord, j to simulate the Shift+F10.

Not that it hasn't already been mentioned, but SHIFT+F10 is the standard Windows 2-key combination for the context menu.  Keyboards with the menu key/applications key came along much later in the hardware evolution.
