Hi,

I don’t know if there’s a driver, but I do know that I don’t want to use USB, because that would charge the unit, and the battery isn’t low.

 

What else can I try?

Are you connecting over bluetooth?

Windows is notoriously bad with bluetooth.

Was there a driver that you installed for the Touch?

Did you try rebooting while the Touch is connected via USB?

I’m half tempted to uninstall and reinstall jaws, but want to see if there are any other solutions first.
