firstly, the keystroke, shift+insert+r= reply privately to sender is a jaws keystroke.
no setting to be changed in outlook will solve your problem.
also, no setting in the .io platform will solve the issue.
this keystroke isn't 100% accurate.
have you restarted your machine?
unloaded and reload jaws?
the keystroke is working here for now.

If a message is open you can press Alt + 1 twice quickly and focus is placed in the “From” field.
Now you just have to press left arrow once and you are on the address of the person who posted the list.
In order to copy it you can either bring up the context menu, arrow down once to copy and press enter or you can press Shift + End to highlight the address and then use Control + C to copy it.
You can now press escape to close the message and press Reply if you want to reply to it but send it directly to the person, you then have to go to the To field, delete the list address and you can use then Control + V to paste in the sender’s address.
Of course you can also start a new message and paste the address into the To field right away.

I’ve found that keystroke to work inconsistently at best. With the message open, you can generally shift+tab through fields and find anc utilize the sender’s address. It takes more work that way, unfortunately.

Sorry: I should have been clearer.
I’m using the latest build of Jaws 2020 on a Windows 10 computer with Outlook 2016 in Officed 365.
