I'm also guessing this form was potentially created to be printed and filled
out, not as an electronic form to be completed online. It's not a JAWS
answer, but this is probably a good place for the person to utilize AIRA to
get sighted help filling in the form. I think they offer free service to
any blind business owners to complete business tasks.

I'm working with an individual who needs to edit a .pdf file. How well does
DC Pro work with Jaws? The form he has to complete for his vending stand
comes up as am image, but seems to have scanned well with the Jaws scanning
