Hi, if you select detail view in your one drive and sub folders you will be able to see if the file is on your PC or only in the cloud by pressing the right arrow once. You can shift plus F10 to select if you want the file to be stored on your PC or not. I use it all the time to backup my PC and to share files and folders. It is very accessible and useful.

At work, we currently use a combination of saving files to our laptop C drives and to a series of network drives that are backed up nightly.  My company has just announced that we are moving toward using OneDrive.  The email says it will feel seamless for users, with the main change being that everything will now be backed up to the cloud and we’ll need to mark any files we want to have available offline. 

 

Can someone reassure me or let me know of any issues using OneDrive  with JAWS 2019?  Will it feel like Windows File Explorer does now?  Will I be able to access the option to save copies of files for offline use?
