Windows+u merely brings up the Ease of Access Center (and then it's
toggle quoted messageShow quoted text
alt+n to start Narrator), but the same keystroke does not turn off Narrator. I don't think there is a keystroke to turn on and off Narrator in Windows 7. there should be a Narrator dialog that has an Exit button, which once "pressed", brings up another dialog asking if the user is sure they want to turn off Narrator.
