Well, I have Windows 10 Home, but that should not make a difference.
I can change folders without any issue.
Have you tried talking with Microsoft Accessibility?
Always look out for #1, and be careful not to step in #2.

No issues here with Outlook 2016 from Office 365 and Jaws 2019 and Windows 10.
Which versions do you have?
So I’m noticing that I’m having issues with Outlook on Windows 10. Outlook continually and periodically keeps crashing for no apparent reason. Is this an MS Outlook issue or has anyone else noticed this specifically with Windows 10?
I had some issues like this with Windows 7, but it seems like this is happening more frequently with Windows 10.
