Is this over Bluetooth with a VOIP phone that is run through the computer?

Plantronics does offer a duel channel headphone where you can listen to jaws on one side and the individual on the phone, on the other. I do have this exact headset and it works excellently.

Still looking for a way for someone to hear/speak into the phone and also listen to JAWS at the same time. Will Plantronics do this, does anyone know?
