If you don't want to run a repair then maybe a Jaws reinstall is in order or a call to FS tech support so they can take a look why this may not be there for you.

i understand what you said. but its not there.
just above the use virtual cursor.
you mentioned the video driver in the apps and features for the video driver and i wasn't sure where this was.
i don't know if i have the driver installed or not for windows 10.
in windows 7 there is one called freedom scientific video intercept driver.
but in windows 10 this is not there. but there is one called freedom scientific video accessibility driver. is this the same thing?
maybe the driver has been missing for the last year i have been useing jaws?
Did you by any chance uninstall the video display driver under Apps and Features? I assume maybe then you may not have this setting since there is no accessibility driver which can be toggled on or off.
