Hello, I’m using windows10 and most recent version of Jaws 2019. I’m unable to create a folder when in windows explorer. I pressed control plus shift plus N or alt 2 and nothing happens. I always have to be in word to create the folder. I press control plus shift plus N. What may be the problem?
