A control/z should bring back the deleted email if you perform the action immediately.

Otherwise, do a control y and go to your trash box.  I think you’ll find it there.

Hello, I’m using windows10, Outlook2016 and Jaws2018/19. I accendently deleted an email from my inbox. Is it possible to bring back the email? It isn’t in my delete folder as I have it setup to  delete emails from the delete folder when I exit Outlook. I’m pretty sure I’m out of luck. It could be in the back up of the outlook files. Is there a way to get the email from the backup? Thanks, Kevin
