Re: JAWS Becomes Sluggish When Writing Emails in Outlook
At one point my I3 system did what you described and I don't know what happened, but without me doing anything this is for the most part not a problem any more. That particular system is still not nearly as snappy as my other systems which are I5 and I7, but I can understand that it is certainly annoying.

I have done that and checked the other that was mentioned. No problems so far... These can sometimes monkey around with Outlook. Obviously you don't want to disable an add-on that you need, but you'd be surprised what gets enabled. Poke around and turn off what you don't need. -----Original Message----- From: main@jfw.groups.io <main@jfw.groups.io> On Behalf Of Bill White Sent: Wednesday, May 1, 2019 4:31 PM To: main@jfw.groups.io Subject: Re: JAWS Becomes Sluggish When Writing Emails in Outlook Hi, Rick. I believe there's another place in Outlook options where you can access the hardware acceleration checkbox, but this is the one I know of off hand. Cristóbal I hope this helps you, Rick. It does emit air when it does this. I have to type out my mails elsewhere and then copy-paste them, which is a real pain. I also have to keep going to desktop or elsewhere and then coming up, for the short respite of being able to use Outlook seamlessly.
