Very true. But there is alot of data you cant stop. and the laws need to be changed to deal with the modern age.

Companies are going to set defaults to their advantage, and always have.  Individuals should know this by now, and if it concerns them, take the steps to change those settings as close to possible as the way they'd like things as they can.
