For my own personal machines, yes. For my parents, though, probably not. And honestly, outside of RDP I don’t see a reason to upgrade to pro, and I say that now as someone still running Win 7 Ultimate.

Given the ubiquity and dirt cheap prices of Win10 Pro licenses on the now very active "recycled" market (see eBay, for one) if this will fill the bill I'd be far more inclined to buy a license and upgrade to Pro.
