I didn't have to run a special executable file. Just make sure that you have the latest build of JAWS 12 or JAWS 13 and you should be good to go. Just run iTunes and most things should be accessible. I say "most things" because I don't use every aspect of iTunes, but you should definitely be able to synchronize your phone or iPod with your computer. Thanks, Aleeha
