Thanks for the suggestion, but put in my user name and password, hit sign in, and when JAWS said update password, I hit alt, shift, and a together. Got out of web site and tried to log in without adding password and did not work.toggle quoted messageShow quoted text

If I am not wrong, when the dialogue pop's up, just press alt shift a, the passwords will be updated.
