Please tell me what keystrokes to use to edit a PDF file I have saved. I can read the file/form with JAWS, and I am using Adobe Acrobat standard DC, so I think I should be able to edit the file. Any specifics you can give me would be appreciated.

Tom, try again, and carefully read the options.  It's not save link, but save link target or similar.  I don't know what browser you're using so I can't give you the precise phrasing.  Every single web browser supports direct saving of the file that is a link target.
