Not too long ago there was a discussion of how to make a shortcut to a
web site open with a particular browser that isn't your default
browser. I believe that discussion took place on this list, but I
can't find the relevant posts. Would someone be good enough to refresh
my memory on how to accomplish this?

Specifically what I want to do is open the NLS BARD web site using
firefox which is not my default browser.
