Re: JAWS 2019: JAWS often speaks version number when navigating or opening some dialogs
I rarely ever use iE any more, but I just tried it with Jaws 2019 on 4 different websites and not once did Jaws speak it's version when I pressed Jaws Key+F7. Not sure what could be causing this, have you called FS tech support to see if they know anything about this?

I have noticed the same problem and I am using the latest version of JAWS 2018. In particular when in IE and I hit a JAWS key F7 to open a list of links it says the version of JAWS before saying "Links List Dialogue". I haven't taken time yet to investigate why. Open to ideas to fix this problem/annoyance.

Hi. I'm using JAWS 2019 on Windows 10 Pro. At times when opening a JAWS dialog I often will hear JAWS announce the full version number of the JAWS program before I hear the prompt of the dialog which I am expecting. This version information is the same information you will hear if you open the JAWS window and press insert+up arrow to read the current line. It does not happen often and so it is very difficult to reproduce. Has anybody else noticed this issue?
