Like minds, etc... As I said the word bulk is inserted by a person's own ISP, not the ISP of the sender. Therefore if George is seeing the first occurrence of the word bulk then it's his own ISP doing it with some sort of Spam Guard. Otherwise, it's nearly impossible to stop them proliferating as we each reply to each other. Happens on a lot of lists, but I never notice any more as I've created that dictionary entry as you also suggested.
