Doesn’t help. The firefox process itself is somehow “stuck” and no commands issued will have any results. Can’t access the menu bar, can’t close the window normally, etc.

Have you all tried a screen refresh? Not sure it’ll help but worth a shot.

The issue is with Firefox Quantum and JAWS only .. not chrome, not add-ons.

UPDATE: I was having problems in Firefox and JAWS this morning (10/08) too. I switched to Chrome and it was okay. I am using Firefox 62.0.3 (64-bit). Just as a side note, I am using an ad-block, not sure if that will do anything though.
