No, I think he does mean Jaws 18 and Jaws 2018. Jaws 18 was released in the fall of 2016, Jaws 2018 was released a year ago, in the fall of 2017. I guess going forward this will be less confusing since the change to using the upcoming year for the version which is released in October continues, just so happened that this year, 2018, we had Jaws 18 and then Jaws 2018 starting in October of 2017 as the upgrade for Jaws 18.

In the body of your message, you only say 18. I am guessing you mean 19 sounds better or louder? I will have to check, but did you migrate your settings from 18 when you installed the 19 beta? Otherwise, it sounds like the volumes are set differently. Richard
