I do make mailing lists in Thunderbird using Windows 10 and Jaws 2017. I don't have time to take you through it step by step right now, but if you need to email me off list and we'll talk it through as I do it with you.  I have several mailing lists I have set up, they might take me a few tries to be sure I am correct with each step. :)
