No, in order for my iphone to work I need Itunes 10, so upgrading jaws is a must have.

you can still use an older version of i tunes with no problems. you dont need to get the latest and greatest of jaws. this is just someone trying to bully you into getting another upgrade of jaws and all those latest upgrades have problems. try i tunes without that upgrade stuff. karen

I just rang my supplyer and they say I need a new number and a new upgrade to 13, so it means I'll have to pay more money just so I can use the latest version of Itunes properly. Still I suppose it's worth it in the long run. Thanks for everyone's help.

Hi I'm upgrading from Jaws 11 to 13, but when I run the activation wizard
and activate by the net I get a box telling me the activation was
successful, then when I exit that another box comes up saying my
authorisation code was for an older version. I've checked my serial
number and everything is correct, so I'm not sure what else could be
going wrong. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks from Lori.
