Can you use System Image (included in Windows) to create the backup, then use a Windows installation drive with Microsoft Narrator to restore it?

I would expect System Image to be accessible with JAWS. There's also a command line version, apparently, called wbadmin. The restoration process may be possible with a Windows installer and Microsoft Narrator.

No, it doesn't appear to be any more accessible than when you tried it.
I've sent a note to their customer service recommending that they check with
Microsoft on how to meet the accessibility standards and the "VFO Group" to
see about hiring them to script it.

I hope that accomplishes something, but I do not plan to hold my breath.

Last time I tried it, it was completely inaccessible, I think they use
some way to draw the screen which makes it that way, but you can
always do their free trial and see what happens.
