Here's what I got last night from Roger Levine it works with JAWS 13. Doing
this results in me only needing to arrow around a table. It didn't work in
JAWS 12.

Hi Dondi,
I found the keys for table navigation. It is a layer
command(insert+spacebar) and then the letter T. insert+spacebar and then
question mark
will give you more info.

When I'm navigating a table on a web page I use the key combination of
control+alt with the arrow keys to get around. Is there a way to
around in a table without holding down the key combination of control+alt?
