1. Open Outlook.
2. Find a folder with email in it.
3. Press Applications key.
4. Arrow down to Junk submenu and press ENTER.
5. Arrow up to Junk email options, and press ENTER.
6. Use CONTROL plus TAB to get to the Blocked senders list.
7. TAB to the list of blocked email addresses.
8. Arrow through them. If JAWS won’t show the list, TAB to the edit field, and press ENTER to see the address shown.
9. If you want to unblock the address shown, TAB to the Remove button.

How do I check who is in my block senders list? To be clearer, how do I get to the block senders list to clear out any accidental addresses or lists I have long since left.

Hi, Laura. There is no choice to block a domain. Instead, block the sender. Then, once this is done, go into Junkmail options, go to the blocked senders list, click the edit field. Once you have clicked the edit field, you will see the address of the person you blocked. Now that you see the email address you blocked, just delete everything up to the at sign. For example, if you blocked an email address similar to the following:
and just leave gmail.com

You can either block The sender or the domane.

When I say “block” I clicked on “block sender”. Also, I’m 100% sure the email addresses of the ones I’ve blocked that keep showing up are exactly the same
When you say “blocked” you mean you marked them as spam?
Are you sure the email addresses that keep showing up are exactly the same as the ones you blocked?
I have blocked specific emails multiple times only to have them come back to my inbox again and again. I’m using Jaws 18 and Outlook 2016. Does anybody have any suggestions as to why this is happening and what I might do to permanently block emails?
