Re: shut down sound for windows 10

I have gotten use to n longer hearing the shutdown sound. Its only purpose was to let us know that Windows had closed. It had noting to do with whether or not the pc itself had finished shutting down.

On the otherhand I wish the alt+I command to go to look in in notepad or word was still available. Oh well!

Normally, you should be able to hear the motor in your computer stop as it shuts down. Can you do this? If not, you should be able to see the light on your monitor go out.
