First, did you get your audio captcha problem solved on ebay using Chrome? If not, do you have flash installed within your version of Firefox? If not, you need to install it manually in order for Flash player to work in Firefox. I'll give you a link below to help you install flash in Firefox. Just be aware that you will want to uncheck any boxes that prompt you to install additional software. There may be two boxes, which you can find with the letter X key. One thing I have found is that not all browsers play the audio captchas. You might want to change the browser you're using. If you're using Internet Explorer, try Firefox. If you're using Firefox, try Edge, if using Windows 10. Note that for using Edge, you will need to check Flash Player under Site Information. To reach this in Edge, 1. While on the site in Edge, press F6, then TAB to site Information, and press ENTER. 2. Click Manage PlugIn, and check Flash. 3. Close Site Info. 4. Look for the Audio Captcha link and press ENTER. There is a link for Listen to Numbers. I have clicked this link in every way I can think of and nothing plays. The Ebay directions say to check mute and volume of sound, but I know these are appropriate because I am playing Jaws through the same sound card. I have used enter, space, slash, route PC to Jaws and Jaws mouse click, and Insert f7 to activate the Listen to Numbers link and nothing works. I hope someone can help! Thanks very much.
