Hi, Terrie. One thing I have found is that not all browsers play the audio captchas. You might want to change the browser you’re using. If you’re using Internet Explorer, try Firefox. If you’re using Firefox, try Edge, if using Windows 10. Note that for using Edge, you will need to check Flash Player under Site Information. To reach this in Edge,
1. While on the site in Edge, press F6, then TAB to site Information, and press ENTER. 2. Click Manage PlugIn, and check Flash. 3. Close Site Info. 4. Look for the Audio Captcha link and press ENTER. See if you get the audio now.

Ebay uses a numeric captcha for completing various types of transactions. There is a link for Listen to Numbers. I have clicked this link in every way I can think of and nothing plays. The Ebay directions say to check mute and volume of sound, but I know these are appropriate because I am playing Jaws through the same sound card. I have used enter, space, slash, route PC to Jaws and Jaws mouse click, and Insert f7 to activate the Listen to Numbers link and nothing works. I hope someone can help! Thanks very much.
