Surely, it's easier to focus on the to field if you want to spell the Email address, and press JAWS key and Up Arrow twice quickly. This will spell out the Email address. No need to paste it anywhere.

Val, whenever I have to do this, I highlight the e-mail address and then paste it into a Word doc which is, then, accessible. Then, of course, I can work with it in any way I want.
