Just remember, as annoying as Flash updates are, they're less
annoying than
malware. And considering that Flash is about the most vulnerable
program
ever known, it's probably a good idea to keep it updated.

Just found this and thought to share with the list.

In XP Pro use the Control Panel and arrow to "Flash Player"
press Enter.
Several Tabs. Go to Advanced.

Tab to Check for Updates Automatically, which is a set of
radio buttons.

choose the one you'd like and press OK.
