Do you by any chance use Dropbox or OneDrive and have you configured either one of them to do screenshots? If so then the printscreen key alone will work or else it might be particular to Del or maybe even your Del computer.

I stand corrected on the file format – it *is png, not jpg. However, on *my Dell laptop, the PrintScreen key alone does put an image file in the Screenshots Folder. JAWS OCR may be brought up with the Applications key and used on the file directly. Be well
