I’ve been using Office 365/Outlook 2016 for a couple years now and have never experienced what you are describing.

Hello,

 

Lately Outlook 2016 has been locking up. Not all the time. I get the message to close the app button. I press enter and nothing happens. I use jaws cursor and try to do a left click and nothing happens. I then try to shut the laptop down by going to the desk top and pressing alt f4. Desk top doesn’t come up. I then press the windows key and the start menu doesn’t show up. The only thing I could do then is a hard shut down. I went back into outlook when the laptop came back up. I wanted to do a repair which I thought was under help. Couldn’t find it. Does anyone have any thoughts of what I should do? Where is repair?
